Also included in this latest photograph drop appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to transform the sprawling island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section identifying various parts of the property.
Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for boat shelters.
